As Director of Housing at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), she oversees the 1115 HRSN Waiver program (H2O), demonstrating her ability to align Medicaid services with housing investments. She manages capital allocations from the SMI Housing Trust Fund and the AHCCCS Housing Program, giving her hands-on experience in subsidy layering and mission-driven housing development.
